Crock Pot

I made the BEST Swedish meatballs last night!
Even better than IKEA's.
Yea, I'm not kidding.
I LOVE my crock pot! When I was back visiting in Utah last month my aunt brought over her crock pot filled with yummy pork chops-mmmmmmmmmmmmmm
When I got back to Oakland I immediately went out and bought one. I used it nearly every night for about two weeks. Now I'm down to once or twice a week.
Love me some meatballs!

I'm sendin' it right now!
And here it is for anyone else who wants it....
2 1/2 pounds frozen cooked meatballs
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can beef broth
1 (3/4) envelope brown gravy mix
combine all indgredients in crock
stir well
cover and cook! 6 hours on low
3 hours on high
makes about 3 quarts

I've been fantasizing about a crock pot. I'm not sure we have the counter space for it, though. But I won't be able to shake my dream.
